Isiah Pacheco scores a touchdown for the Chiefs minutes after vomiting on the field against the Baltimore Ravens

Isiah Pacheco scored a touchdown in the third quarter to give the Chiefs a 10-point lead over the Baltimore Ravens just minutes after he reportedly vomited on the field.

Several reporters at the game tweeted that Pacheco was vomiting on the sidelines after apparently taking a blow to the ribs during the previous game.

Photos even surfaced on X of Pacheco slumped on the ground, but the running back picked himself up and returned to the field moments later.

And he crossed the finish line with a one-yard touchdown, giving the Chiefs a clear lead over the Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium.

Matt Derrick, a reporter for ChiefsDigest.com, was one of the first reporters to notice the Pacheco incident, posting on social media: “Isiah Pacheco ran to the sideline after his carry, fell to the ground and vomited. He is now returning to the game.”

The claims that Pacheco vomited caused concern among some fans, with some suggesting it could be a sign that he had suffered a concussion.

“Dude that's not cool. He probably suffered a concussion. That happened to me once at a rugby game and I don't remember throwing up. If he says it was nerves or something – maybe – but that sounds suspicious,” wrote one fan.

Another said, “I mean, isn't that one of the main signs of a concussion?”

However, other spectators believed that Pacheco was injured during the preview match and may have even sustained a serious injury from a hard landing.

“Looked like he landed on the ball, maybe he ran out of air,” said another fan.
