Anthony, 38, has been dating Tyson Ray Rhodes, 48, since January.

Anthony and Rhodes met at the South Florida gym where they both trained.

They participated in a group message with other gym members, but soon began talking in private, according to sources.

Anthony – who was accused and then acquitted of murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee – has since given up her life in Florida and moved to Tennessee to be with her new boyfriend.

Rhodes has two sons, both of whom are young adults.

The couple was spotted outside their luxury apartment complex on Wednesday.

Rhodes had a set of golf clubs with him.

After retreating inside, they left the building again, dressed in training clothes.

They got into his black Dodge Ram pickup and drove to a workout at Crunch Gym.

“She doesn’t care if he’s married or not,” a friend of Anthony’s tells The Post.

“That's his business. She just knows he makes her feel good and she likes that. She was willing to follow him to Tennessee; she sees a future with him.”

“I asked her about it,” the friend continues.

“I was like, 'Casey, a married man?' and she just laughed and said, 'Oh, shut up, I'm living the life I want.'”

Rhodes, an engineer at an aerospace company, has been married for 22 years.

He and his wife Sandy moved to the Volunteer State from South Florida earlier this year.

But shortly after the move, Rhodes dropped a bombshell on the mother of his children when he told her he wanted a divorce.

He has not yet filed the paperwork, but family sources told The Post that she was “surprised” by the news.

A few days later, while his wife was visiting her family in Florida, Anthony traveled to Tennessee to be with her married lover.

On January 26, Rhodes and Anthony were spotted at a local restaurant and bar.

They were all smiles as they had dinner with two other couples.

“They were holding hands and kissing, and he even touched her butt,” said one onlooker.

“She got up to order a drink and they noticed people staring. He told her, 'Bring that innocent ass over here.' He didn't care.”

Anthony, who was working from home as a researcher for a private detective, then decided to move into an apartment near Rhodes.

His truck was repeatedly spotted parked next to her Mini Cooper.

A family member told The Post that Rhodes said Anthony had an “intoxicating” aura and that he was very attracted to her.

Rhodes did not respond to The Post's message seeking comment.

It has been more than 15 years since Anthony first came to public attention following the disappearance of her two-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008.

The little girl had been missing for over a month before Casey's mother, Cindy, called 911 to report the disappearance.

Amid a nationwide manhunt for the missing toddler, Casey Anthony was arrested after police caught her telling several lies, including claiming that Caylee was kidnapped by a nanny named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.

Police soon learned that Anthony had spent the last month dancing on tables and partying with friends – not searching for her missing daughter.

Six months later, Caylee's remains were found in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.

The cause of death could not be determined, but Casey was charged with first-degree murder.

Anthony's murder trial in 2011 was a media circus.

An estimated 40 million Americans watched at least part of the trial – and the verdict was watched by nearly 100 million people worldwide.

The prosecution alleged that Anthony, who was only 21 at the time, killed her young daughter so that she could party with friends and have sex with her boyfriend.

The defense responded that Anthony was a loving mother and that Caylee drowned in the family pool.

In the end, Anthony was acquitted of the murder charge.

She was found guilty of four counts of lying to police officers and released from prison in July 2011.

She then immediately disappeared into hiding.

But Anthony has always had a busy love life: over the years she has been spotted in South Florida with a number of romantic admirers.

She was often seen with different men.

But her new boyfriend is different, friends tell The Post.

“She sees potential in him,” says her friend.

“She wants to see where this leads.”
