Moore: Eagles WR Jahan Dotson will be “heavily involved”

Jahan Dotson hasn't been with the Eagles for very long, but he has made a positive impression on the team's offensive coordinator.

In his press conference on Monday, Kellen Moore said the team was excited about the opportunity to sign the receiver for the third year.

Moore said: “…he will certainly be a nice aspect of this and will be heavily involved.”

Moore added in the story that Dotson will need to continue to grow and learn the offense, but added that he will be heavily involved. So while it may take some time, the Eagles are at least saying they expect Dotson to play a big role. Moore is obviously a new offensive coordinator, but in recent years the Eagles' WR3 hasn't been fantasy relevant, mostly because Brown and Smith and Goedert played as a TE. The team signed Saquon Barkley as a RB and he is also expected to be heavily involved in the passing game, so there seems to be a lot of mouths to feed in this offense.
