Jennifer Lopez surprises at the premiere of the film “Unstoppable” produced by Ben Affleck; the actor does not appear

Jennifer Lopez looked stylish at the premiere of “Unstoppable,” the film she worked on with her ex Ben Affleck, but the Oscar-winning actor was a no-show.

Lopez, 55, who starred in the biographical sports drama directed by 52-year-old Affleck, turned heads on Friday as she walked the red carpet at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.

The “On the Floor” hitmaker dazzled in a daring silver metallic dress tied at the sides with black velvet bows, accessorized with silver platform stilettos and a matching silver clutch.

Meanwhile, Affleck was spotted on Friday wearing a dark blue suit and sunglasses as he strolled through the garage of a building in Los Angeles.

“Unstoppable” was the most recent cinematic collaboration between the former couple, who previously starred together in “Gigli.” (2003) and “Jersey Girl” (2004).

The film, which tells the inspiring story of Anthony Robles, a wrestler who was born with one leg, was produced by Artist equity, The production company was founded by Affleck together with Matt Damon and stars Lopez Robles' mother.

Jharrel Jerome stars as Robles in “Unstoppable,” which also stars Bobby Cannavale and Don Cheadle.

Ben Affleck goes into a garage in Los Angeles

While Affleck skipped the film's TIFF premiere, Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso were in attendance, and the “Oppenheimer” star hit the red carpet for photos with Lopez, Jerome, Cannavale and Cheadle.

The Toronto premiere was Lopez's first major public appearance since filing for divorce from Affleck on August 20, the two-year anniversary of the former couple's wedding ceremony in Georgia.

According to documents obtained by Fox News Digital, the “Atlas” star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

According to court documents, Lopez cited April 26 as the date of their separation and also stated that she did not want to award spousal support to either her or Affleck.

Affleck and Lopez became engaged in 2002 after meeting on the set of Gigli. Affleck proposed to her and they planned to marry in 2004, but the wedding was called off at the last minute.

Twenty years later, Lopez and Affleck married in Las Vegas during a surprise wedding ceremony and tied the knot again a month later in Georgia.

In March 2023, Affleck said CBS “Sunday Morning” about working with his soon-to-be ex-wife on “Unstoppable.”

“What fun, what joy to do things with her, to see how great she is, to go to work with your wife, to go to work with your best friend,” he said.

“If you are not happy with the people you work with and if you have difficulties or problems at work, then I think that is one of the things that can cause depression, anxiety and pain in people. And vice versa, [if] You like the people at work, then you probably have a pretty good life, you know?”
