Mosinee has a population of about 4,500 and is in Wisconsin's mostly rural 7th Congressional District, a reliably Republican area in a “purple” state. Trump won the district that includes Mosinee by 18 percentage points in both 2016 and 2020. The rally at Central Wisconsin Airport will begin at 1 p.m., with doors opening at 9 a.m. Trump's campaign team said his speech will focus on inflation in Wisconsin. Trump was in Wisconsin just Thursday to attend a town hall meeting in La Crosse. His running mate, JD Vance, was also in Wisconsin last week and held a rally in De Pere on Wednesday.
