Who is sitting in Aryna Sabalenka’s player box?

After winning her first Grand Slam title (the 2023 Australian Open), Aryna Sabalenka thanked her team, calling them “the craziest team on the tour.” She added: “We've worked so hard and you guys deserve this trophy. It's more about you than me.”

Her team, mostly from Sabalenka’s home country of Belarus, frequently appears in videos on her social media:

Sabalenka has been on the same team for years, and as she seeks her first US Open victory, she will be cheered on from her players' box at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Dubrov began working with Sabalenka in 2020. Before that, he was her hitting partner. “I feel very confident working with him,” she shared in 2020 when she made the switch. “It's definitely good for our success, and that's why we're going to keep working hard and pushing ourselves to win more matches.”

Sabalenka added: “I want to continue working only with him because I feel much better when I'm with someone who knows me well and I don't have to think too much. It really affected my concentration because I ended up using so much energy on other things that there wasn't enough left for my matches.”

“I wouldn’t say that I Love Training,” said Sabalenka Terms and Conditions Beginning of the year. “I'm definitely a hard worker and I like to work on getting better. But my favorite part is definitely the end of training when you're done for the day and you've accomplished a lot and improved.” She added, “It's a good feeling when you've accomplished something difficult.”
