Frankie Montas made a bad throw and it was costly

Apart from one mistake, Frankie Montas was dominant on Friday evening.

And that mistake was extremely costly.

Michael Toglia's three-run home run in the sixth inning overshadowed a 10-strikeout performance by Montas and continued the struggles of the Milwaukee Brewers, who lost 3-2 to the woeful Colorado Rockies at American Family Field.

“It's a shame that we lost the last three games,” said Montas. “But nobody here will hang their heads. Everyone here will just try to do their part, come back tomorrow and get back to what we are.”
