“I find dating terrible”

In 2013, Dakota was spotted by paparazzi with rings in her hand and British model Jamie Strachan, but their relationship only lasted two years.

They even attended the 2016 Met Gala together.

In an interview with Town & Country in 2016, the artist did not elaborate on her separation.

“I prefer to get to know someone through a friend. [since it means the other person] is most likely not a freak,” she said at the time.

“I hate dating in general. We have to sit there and ask these questions and pretend to eat a meal and it just feels so stiff.”

She later described herself as a “very private person.”

In 2018, Dakota was spotted hitting on Henry Frye several times in New York City.

They were first seen together on February 6 of the same year at a basketball game at Madison Square Garden.

The two cuddled together and showed their feelings extensively.

Dakota has managed to keep her dating life private, but she recently revealed that she wants to start a family in the future.

In an interview with Porter, she said, “Being an actress is a big part of my identity. I don't really know who I am without it.”

“But I also have the desire to shape my life and my career in such a way that I always have a choice.

“Having children is probably more important to me than anything else, even being an actor.”

“If someone gave me a choice, I would choose to have children. I am one of those people who has always felt this urge,” she explained.
