Arcane fans have a magical theory about who the real villain of the hit Netflix series is after the new trailer for season 2, and I think they're right

Full spoilers for Arcane's first season. Possible spoilers follow for Arcane also season 2.


Arcane In just two months, Season 2 will be on our screens and after almost three years of waiting, we are finally getting answers to the biggest questions we've had since the Season 1 finale.

But while I'm as desperate as you probably are to find out if any of the Piltover Council members survived Jinx's terrorist attack on their chambers in the second and final installment of the series, I'm also curious to see if a new fan theory is true. See, ArcaneThe loyal fanbase of – and I include myself in that – has waited a veeeeery long time for the return of the hit Netflix series, so it's understandable that many of my fellow followers have been coming up with all sorts of weird, crazy, and wonderful theories since the first season ended in November 2021.

The arrival of Arcane However, the official trailer for the second season has increased the tension around a certain hypothesis surrounding the animated League of Legends (lol) is the real main villain of the series. Given her attack on the dignitaries of Piltover in Season 1, Episode 9, the footage that is part of Arcane Given the first teaser for Season 2 and a number of first-look clips from the past ten months, it's safe to assume that Jinx is the central antagonist.
