Apple juice recall expanded due to suspected high arsenic content

WICHITA, Kansas (KWCH) – A previous recall of apple juice due to increased arsenic levels is being expanded.

Walmart had previously recalled 10,000 cases of apple juice from stores in the US where potentially harmful levels of inorganic arsenic were found.

According to the FDA, exposure to inorganic arsenic is linked to various types of cancer, skin diseases and other ailments.
