It was a sad moment when CBS announcer Bo Nix predicted his election

Denver Broncos rookie Bo Nix will want to recapture some moments from his NFL debut.

One of them is an ugly interception in Denver's 26-20 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1, his second interception of the game. Trailing by 13 points with five minutes left in the fourth quarter, Nix looked for wide receiver Courtland Sutton on the right sideline. Unfortunately, he didn't notice that Sutton was covered by three Seahawks defenders.

CBS anchor Adam Archuleta saw the choice coming from the moment it left Nix's hands.

With the ball in the air, Archuleta needed only two words to describe what was about to happen: “Oh no.”

Sure enough, Tariq Woolen of the Seahawks intercepted Nix's pass, ended the Broncos' attack, and Seattle won the game.

Nix won't be too happy with his NFL debut after completing 27 of 43 passes for 135 yards and two interceptions. The Oregon product averaged a measly 3.3 yards per pass attempt, setting an all-time low for yards per attempt in a game in which the quarterback completed at least 26 passes.

Nix crowned his evening with a rushing touchdown towards the end of the gamewhich could give the Broncos some hope for his development moving forward. Denver will look to bounce back in Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
