Massive brawl between Raiders and Chargers fans in front of SoFi Stadium

Two NFL players were ejected for fighting, and then a disturbing scene for NFL fans occurred outside SoFi Stadium when fans of the Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers started fighting and were caught on camera. The viral video begins with a Raiders fan wearing a Divine Deablo jersey with the number 5 on it starting to wildly beat a few different Chargers fans with haystacks. The beginning of the video is not the start of the fight, so no context is provided as to how all the chaos began.

Another Raiders fan wearing a white Maxx Crosby jersey with the No. 98 on it joins the fight before the scuffle goes to the ground. As the fight breaks up, the fan wearing the No. 5 Raiders jersey is seen lying on his back, nearly unconscious, while another woman punches the man wearing the No. 98 jersey in the back of the head. The video ends and it is unclear what happens next or if anyone was arrested for the fight.

Later, another aspect of the fight was posted on social media.

These unfortunate fan fights and awkward situations are becoming more and more common. And it wasn't just the fans who got involved.

With 3:40 left in the fourth quarter, the Chargers scored and extended their lead to 22-10. After a failed attempt at a two-point conversion, a fight broke out between Chargers WR Joshua Palmer and Raiders CB Josh Jones. Both players were ejected after getting into a multi-player scrum. Even Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh came onto the field to separate the two teams.

On just 10 attempts, JK Dobbins managed 135 yards and a touchdown, including a 61-yard run deep into Raiders territory where Justin Herbert received a 10-yard touchdown pass from Ladd McConkey.

It was a quiet game for the most part. Before the Chargers gained 92 yards on the aforementioned touchdown drive, they had only 224 total yards. Herbert managed just 144 yards on 17 of 26 passes. This conservative style of play had been predicted for the entire offseason since Harbaugh's arrival. But with a strong defense that can limit attacks to 10 points, LA doesn't necessarily need a great offense to win games.

The Chargers will look to build on their Week 2 success against the Carolina Panthers. The Raiders hope to bounce back next week in Baltimore against the Ravens.
