Rams legend Aaron Donald has spent virtually every fall weekend of his adult life playing football. The monster on the field has wreaked havoc in opposing backfields and imposed his will on opponents throughout his career.

Aaron Donald, now a man enjoying the comforts of retirement, spent this Sunday enforcing a new personal motto: relaxation.

Erica Donald exposed her husband on Instagram by filming Aaron taking a nap during the afternoon show and using her husband's tiredness as an opportunity to make humorous jokes about the unfounded rumors that he wants to return to football.

It's safe to say that Donald won't be coming back anytime soon.
