Of the many injuries the Los Angeles Rams suffered against the Detroit Lions on Sunday night, Puka Nacua's is certainly the most concerning. The star receiver left the game in the second quarter after injuring his knee, and although he returned for one play, he left the game again afterward and was ruled out.

It's the same knee he injured this summer during a joint practice with the Chargers, though he appears to have fully recovered. Sean McVay did not have an update on Nacua after the overtime loss, but the receiver will undergo further testing on Monday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

“He's going to be examined this afternoon to find out what's going on with his knee,” Rapoport said. “There's no exact information on his condition yet, but it's obviously the same knee he had in training camp, there's clearly an issue, he's clearly in pain that he's had to work through. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out for some time while he tries to resolve the issue.”

Nacua missed training camp for several weeks after his first knee injury, a ruptured bursa.
