EXCLUSIVE: Here are the first shots of Bill Murray and Pete Davidson in the crime comedy Riff Raffwhich celebrates its world premiere today at the Toronto Film Festival [Monday 9].

Other leading roles are played by Jennifer Coolidge, Ed Harris, Gabrielle Union, Lewis Pullman, Miles J. Harvey and Emanuela Postacchini.

The synopsis reads: “Vincent is a former criminal who wants more than anything to live a normal, peaceful life. He and his wife Sandy have started a loving family with their son DJ and are spending the winter holidays in a cabin before he goes off to college. Chaos erupts when Vincent's disinherited son Rocco, his girlfriend Marina and Vincent's ex-wife Ruth suddenly show up and spoil the festivities with an ominous warning: the notorious gangsters Leftie and Lonnie are after them.”

Dito Montiel directs from a screenplay by John Pollono. Producers are Noah Rothman of Canopy Media Partners, Marc Goldberg and Sarah Gabriel of Signature Films, and Adam Paulsen of FirstGen Content.

Executive producers include Pollono, David Sullivan and Chris Dennis for Canopy Media Partners, Christian Mercuri of Capstone, Emily Hunter Salveson and Ryan Donnell Smith of Streamline Films, and Patrick Hibler and Patrick Muldoon of Storyboard Media.

Distribution is handled by Signature Entertainment, with Capstone handling North American distribution and Roadside Attractions releasing domestically.
