Space Marine 2 classes explained and best class overall

Everyone who Space Marines 2 Classes offers its own playstyle, with strengths and disadvantages that it brings to the battlefield. As always, however, the best class is the one you enjoy the most. With the variable difficulty of the campaign and Operations co-op modes – and regardless of whether you play PvP or not – you'll likely prefer several rather than committing to just one.

The best class in Space Marine 2 is the Vanguard in my opinion. In Operations co-op, many of the other classes struggle primarily with ranged enemies, but the Vanguard's dual-charged grappling hook launcher is perfect for closing the distance to ranged enemies and getting in quickly to perform automatic executions and replenish armor when needed. The Vanguard gets the Combat Knife – the fastest melee weapon in the game – as well as the Instigator Bolt Carbine, one of the best scoped weapons.
