Before Uncle Howdy watched from his brother's rocking chair, the trademark of the late Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, Joe Gacy, Dexter Lumis and Nikki Cross settled the Wyatt Sicks' rivalry with American Made by defeating Chad Gable, the Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile in an eight-man mixed tag team street fight.

The heels systematically took their opponents apart, proving that you can be successful against the Wyatt Sicks by isolating them and taking them apart. Every time the babyfaces tried to fight back, they were cut off by Gable and co.

That was until the monstrous Rowan recovered from his prey and unleashed American Made. After neutralizing Nile at ringside, Cross hit Gable with a German Suplex.

Moments later, Howdy entered the ring, handed over Sister Abigail to Julius Creed, and Lumis finished the match with a Frog Splash for the win.

A fun, high energy, chaotic match, this was a fitting finale between the two sides. It will be interesting to see where the Wyatt Sicks go from here and which villain they target next. After Bad Blood, could we be in for a date with The Judgment Day?

Some will argue that the one-sidedness of the program will hurt Gable and his heat, but anyone who has paid attention to what he has done this year knows that he has a knack for staying late and making the crowd angry, regardless of his record.

The best moments and insights

  • The high heels in t-shirts and jeans hammer in the street fighting rules. It's an old cliché, but one that always works.
  • Rowan lifted the entire Timekeeper's barricade and used it as a weapon to knock down his opponents.
  • Gable hit Gacy with an Angle Slam from the top rope and through a table in a spot that should have real ugly with a slip-up here and there.
