Are Chelsea Lazkani and her husband from “Selling Sunset” still together?

Sell sunset Season 8 continues to drop one bombshell after another, with the most important one coming in the form of allegations that Chelsea Lazkani's husband cheated on her. The rumor started when Bre Tiesi met with her colleague Amanda Lynn, who showed her text messages that revealed that Chelsea's husband Jeff Lazkani had been spotted kissing someone else in a hotel lobby. So where is their relationship now?

What happened to Chelsea and Jeff in season 8 of Selling Sunset?

If you have the new Sell sunset series, you will see Chelsea and Jeff's relationship take center stage. In one scene, Bre meets Chelsea for a drink and tells her, “I don't know how this is supposed to come out of my mouth right now.

“A friend I've known for a few years – Amanda – invited me to lunch. She told me that her boyfriend, who she is still close with and sees, is staying at the W Hotel in Hollywood and that he saw your husband with a girl at the W Hotel in Hollywood.

“I know you don't necessarily care about me, but I wouldn't wish that on you or anyone else. I've actually experienced it myself and it's awful. But regardless, it was brought up, she said it and I think you have a right to know.”

In response, Chelsea says her intuition had told her something was wrong in the relationship before it fell apart. Although we never see Chelsea approach Jeff to talk about what she heard, we do see the aftermath of their relationship, with Chelsea relying on Chrishell and Emma for emotional support.

When did Chelsea and Jeff get together?

Chelsea and Jeff met on Tinder in 2015 and married two years later. They have a son and daughter together, Maddox and Melia.

In 2022, she told the Daily Mail“We spoke about 15 times before we got together. I don't want to waste my time and waste my energy on someone if I don't think it's worth it. I felt like I knew him before we even met and the connection was instant.

She continued, “I was just lucky. My husband is incredible and I still wonder how I found this kind of love because it's so hard.”

When was season 8 of Selling Sunset filmed?

According to the cast's Instagram posts, reports of landslides caused by “monster” storms and Amanza's birthday (December 12) – Sell sunset Season 8 was filmed approximately between December and February 2024.

Are Chelsea and Jeff still together?

On March 27, 2024, TMZ reported that Chelsea had filed for divorce. The legal documents cited “irreconcilable differences” as the official reason for the separation. She reportedly asked for “joint custody and joint legal custody” and “alimony.”

While Chelsea hasn't given an exact date for the split, she has deleted any trace of Jeff from her Instagram page. It's not clear if the divorce is finalized, but at the end of season eight, Chelsea is seen removing her wedding ring in a confessional, saying, “I think I need to take this off. The foundation I built in Manhattan Beach is something I thought I would build in the years to come. I would have fought for my marriage until the very end.”

Turning to Emma, she added: “I haven't really thought about what the next few months, let alone the next few years, would look like for me. But being in this house just screams fresh start to me and I'm not closing myself off to it like I used to, I'm just embracing it.”
