Honkai Star Rail 2.6 update: Leaks and everything we know

Honkai Star Rail Update 2.6 takes players back to Penacony once again, where Trailblazers face new challenges and encounter a shining new Galaxy Ranger.

While players are busy preparing their Stellar Jades for Feixiao in Honkai Star Rail Version 2.5, leakers have started revealing information about Version 2.6. It's Penacony again, but this time there's a new region as well as a Trailblaze Continuance mission.

Additionally, players will encounter a new Galaxy Ranger with a graffiti and hip-hop focus. If you want to learn more about what's coming in version 2.6, you've come to the right place.

Is there a release date for Honkai Star Rail 2.6?

No, there is no release date for Honkai Star Rail 2.6 yet.

However, according to the usual schedule, it will be available towards the end of October 2024.

New characters

Honkai Star Rail introduces only one new character in version 2.6, called Rappa.

She is a 5-Star Imaginary Scholarship Unit and also a Galaxy Ranger who uses Ninjutsu to defeat some of the most dangerous cosmic enemies.

The replay units for version 2.6 have not been leaked or revealed yet, but we will update as soon as the information becomes available.

New region

In Honkai Star Rail Version 2.6, players will return to Penacony and a brand new region will be available. According to leaks, this region will be called Penacony Paperfold University College.

Located in the Moment of Sol, this college is a cradle of outstanding talent, continually emitting the light and warmth of knowledge from the dreamscape and beyond.

The Trailblaze Continuinance mission in version 2.6 will take place in this new region.

New relics

Honkai Star Rail Version 2.6 introduces two new relic sets, called Sacerdos' ordeal relived and scholar immersed in his learning. The set bonus for these relics is as follows:

• Scholar loses himself in learning
  • 2-piece: Increases CRIT rate by 6%.
  • 4 pcs.: Increases damage done by Ultimate and Skill by 20%. After using Ultimate, also increases damage done by the next Skill by 20%.
• Sacerdos' ordeal relived
  • 2-piece: Increases SPD by 6%.
  • 4 pcs.: When you use Skill or Ultimate on a parry target, the target's CRIT damage is increased by 20% for 2 turns. The effect can stack up to 2 times.
