21 seconds agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle gave fantasy managers a modest performance in the 32-19 home win over the New York Jets in Game 1. The dazzling 30-year-old finished the night with five targets that he converted into four passes caught for 40 yards, tied with three other players for the team's lead. Recently, Kittle has been the epitome of a boom/bust fantasy player at a boom/bust position, but still managed to finish as a TE5 in half-PPR last season. He certainly has better – and worse – weeks ahead of him. Fantasy players who drafted the co-founder of “Tight End University” should continue to roster him for the time being, including in Week 2 when the Niners travel to Minnesota to face the Vikings.Brad Beltz – RotoBaller
