Of course, this isn't Bryan's first video to feature an award-winning actor. His official video for “Nine Ball” featured Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey. As with Bryan's videos for “Nine Ball” and “Boys of Faith,” Matthew Dillon Cohen directed this new video.

The video narrates the song's lyrics and tells the story of a man (Affleck) who watches his younger brother repeat the same mistakes he once made, while the older brother does everything he can to keep his younger brother from going astray. The video was shot in upstate New York in August.

Affleck is known for his work in films such as Manchester by the sea, Oppenheimer And Interstellar.

Bryan wrote “Oak Island” with his girlfriend Brianna LaPaglia, an influencer and Barstool Sports personality who performs under the name Brianna Chickenfry.

Bryan is currently continuing his headlining tour in November and December. Next year, he will be one of three headliners at the Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California. Last year, Bryan scored his first Billboard Hot 100 hit with his collaboration with Kacey Musgraves, “I Remember Everything,” which also earned him a Grammy for Best Performance by a Country Duo/Group. His songs “Pink Skies” and “Something in the Orange” also reached the top 10 on the Hot 100 chart.
