England player ratings: Verdict on Nations League win over Finland | Nations League

England (4-2-3-1)

Jordan Pickford (TW) In the first half I was almost caught dawdling in possession of the ball. Didn't have to save. 6/10

Trent Alexander Arnold (RB) Unrivalled vision and execution. Stunning passer. Scored England's first goal and secured the second. 9

Ezri Konsa (CB) Limped off the pitch after apparently spraining his ankle in the second half. Had made it before this blow. 7

John Stones (CB) Returned to the team and had a pleasant evening. Finland did not cause any problems for the hosts. 7

Rico Lewis (LB) Enjoyed the opportunity to drift inside and link the play. Clever and resourceful. Made an important block. 8

Angel Gomes (CM) No nerves in his first start. Demanded the ball and used it well. Got him back in possession. 7

Declan Rice (CM) Gave Topi Keskinen a chance after losing the ball. Continued to play as No. 8. 7

Bukayo Saka (RW) Overcame the offside trap several times. Unlucky that I didn't score a goal or provide an assist. 7

Jack Grealish (AM) Showed another encouraging performance in the number 10 role. Was involved in many complicated plays. 7
