Joe Biden tells reporters: “Tomorrow I’m doing 9/11”

president Joe Biden gave reporters a brief overview, culminating in the revelation that he was “committing 9/11” on Wednesday.

The president left the White House on Tuesday evening and boarded Marine One. Before boarding, he spoke to a crowd of reporters and updated them on his upcoming plans.

“I'm going to New York for my granddaughter's birthday,” he said a few hours before the debate between Vice President Kamala Harris and former president Donald Trump“Then we will look at the debate.”

Then Biden’s travel schedule took an unexpected turn.

“And tomorrow I’m doing 9/11,” he explained.

The president was probably referring to the fact that he will visit the three sites where four planes were used by Islamic terrorists in the 9/11 attacks 23 years ago. Either that, or Tuesday's debate will be pushed out of the news cycle by something far more important.

“I've spoken to the vice president,” Biden continued. “She seems calm, composed and collected. I think she's going to do great, and I won't tell you what advice I gave her.”

Biden was the Democratic nominee until July, when he abandoned his re-election bid just weeks after a terrible debate against Trump.
