De'Von Achane and Raheem Mostert could be out

The Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins won their opening games, but were not entirely unscathed by possible surprises at home.

Buffalo had an injury scare when quarterback Josh Allen landed on his left hand while falling into the end zone for a touchdown in a 34-28 win over the Arizona Cardinals. The Bills lost their starting nickelback Taron Johnson in the first quarter.

Miami cornerback Jalen Ramsey, the newly minted highest-paid cornerback in the NFL, was hampered by a hamstring injury but played in Week 1. Raheem Mostert and De'Von Achane, the Dolphins' top two running backs, were injured in the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Neither would have practiced had the Dolphins held full practices on Monday and Tuesday.
