Accident in Milwaukee near the corner of 37th Street/National; vehicle intentionally hit, 1 arrest

Milwaukee Police are investigating a crash and reckless endangerment incident that occurred on Wednesday, September 11. It occurred at approximately 3:47 a.m. near 37th Street and National Avenue.

According to police, the suspect intentionally rammed the victim's vehicle with his vehicle, causing the victim's vehicle to roll over and crash into two unoccupied parked cars.

The suspect, a 64-year-old man, was arrested. He was taken to hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

The passenger in the victim's vehicle, a 46-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

The driver of the vehicle involved in the accident was treated on site. No further injuries were reported.

Criminal charges will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
