DeWitt is accused of killing 40-year-old Julie Minogue, who had been granted a restraining order against her after receiving threatening text messages.

Officers went to a residence on Salem Walk on December 6, 2022, after receiving a 911 call reporting that Minogue was being attacked by a man, police said.
