Former NFL star Shannon Sharpe claimed his Instagram was hacked after live-streaming an explicit video on Wednesday. The video, which did not show any faces, included audio of a woman moaning throughout and mentioning Shannon's name at one point. The camera was mostly pointed at the ground. The Hall of Famer promptly addressed the issue on social media, claiming his account was hacked.

“Beware, my Instagram @shannonsharpe84 was hacked this morning, my team and I are working hard to figure this out – UNC,” Sharpe wrote on Instagram before deleting the post.

The video has since gone viral, with some social media users speculating that Sharpe's voice could be heard.

“That wasn't a coincidence at all…lol,” one person commented.

Another wrote: “I had no idea what the hell was going on until I heard the 'yes baby.'”

A third person commented: “Oops! Shannon Sharpe's live performance was a little too real. That was a slip-up!”

Another user wrote: “Okay. I don't have IG. Can someone help me understand how something like this could accidentally happen?”

“Someone even turned the volume up… that was on purpose,” wrote another user.

This is a developing story and will be updated with more information.
