Triple H comments on Bret Hart's appearance at WWE RAW

Triple H commented on Bret Hart's appearance on Raw this week.

The WWE Hall of Famer made his first appearance on Raw in nearly a decade when Raw was broadcast from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It was the first time that The Killer has appeared on Raw since introducing Sami Zayn for his match against John Cena in the summer of 2015.

The Canadian legend appeared on Raw alongside Wade Barrett and Joe Tessitore. However, he was quickly interrupted by World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. The Austrian mocked Bret Hart and claimed that Bill Goldberg was his favorite wrestler.

Sami Zayn then appeared and challenged Gunther to a match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Bret Hart performed well in this segment and received a hero's welcome in his hometown of Calgary.

Triple H was visibly impressed by the reaction. He posted a clip on Twitter showing him meeting Bret Hart backstage.

The couple hugged and talked about the segment. Triple H told The Killer that he looked “damn good” before thanking him for coming to Raw.

On Twitter, he captioned the video saying that Calgary is “Hart Country” and thanked Bret again for his appearance.

“Calgary is and will remain Hart Country, thanks for visiting #WWERaw, @BretHart”
