The Big E 2024: 10 providers with vegan dishes

If you would like to try fairground food but have dietary restrictions, you are still in luck at one of the largest fairs in the country.

At the Big E, which takes place from September 13th to 29th, there will be at least 10 stalls offering vegan food.

The choices include cupcakes, tacos and curry.

LuAnn's Bakery and Cafe, known for its pickle cupcakes, offers a vegan and gluten-free Quintuple Chocolate Cupcake, which MassLive 2023 tried.

“The vegan and gluten-free Quintuple Chocolate Cupcake is a beautiful, moist, yet dense chocolate cupcake with baked-in chocolate chips, chocolate frosting, and chocolate drizzle on top,” wrote MassLive reporter Juliet Schulman-Hall. “I don't think you'll be craving anything sweet after trying these cupcakes.”
