Microsoft outages are reported for 365 product users

According to Downdetector, Internet users reported outages related to certain Microsoft products on Thursday morning.

According to the website, reports of outages involving Microsoft 365 products began to mount around 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

“We are investigating an issue where users may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services,” the company said in a post on X. “For more details and updates, check the Admin Center at MO888473.”

In a separate post on X (formerly Twitter), Microsoft's Azure support group said it was investigating reports of potential issues connecting to Microsoft products from AT&T networks.

Online users complained on social media in particular about connection problems with the email service Outlook and the video conferencing tool Teams.
