Final trailer for THE LAST DANCE reveals Knull and promises epic symbiote war

The final trailer for Venom: The Last Dance is here, setting the stage for Tom Hardy's final appearance as the fan-favorite villain-turned-superhero and finally revealing the film's all-powerful villain: Knull.

It's not yet known who is playing the God of Symbiotes or how big his role is, but it looks like we'll be getting a comic-accurate portrayal. As for his goal in the third installment, it sounds like he'll hunt down Venom and unleash every symbiote in his arsenal on the dynamic duo to retrieve something important, which we suspect is the All-Black (or Sony's Spider-Man universe version), but we'll have to wait and see.

After that, there's a ton of new footage to enjoy in the trailer, most notably a ton of badass new symbiotes. While the appearance of characters like Toxin seems a given, it remains unclear whether we'll see more classic characters like Scream and/or possibly even the return of Carnage.

Alongside Tom Hardy (Mad Max: Fury Road; The Dark Knight Rises) in his dual role as Eddie Brock and voice of the Venom symbiote, the supporting cast includes Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 years slave; Doctor Strange), Juno Temple (atonement; Ted Lasso), Rhys Ifans (Notting Hill; The Amazing Spiderman), Peggy Lu (Poison; Crazy Rich Asians), Alanna Ubach (Naturally blonde; coconut), Stephen Graham (The Irishman; Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides), Clark Backo (Supernatural; The Changeling) and Cristo Fernández (Ted Lasso; Spider-Man: No Way Home).

Kelly Marcel directed the film and co-wrote the screenplay with Tom Hardy.

Venom: The Last Dance comes to cinemas on October 25th!
