Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Fayette, Gibson, Hardeman,
Hardin, Haywood, Henderson, Lauderdale, Madison, McNairy, Shelby
and Tipton.

* WHEN...From 10 AM CDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

Missouri, and West Tennessee.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 1 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
