Two arrested for stealing $17,000 worth of merchandise from a North Fargo store

FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – Two women were arrested after police say they damaged a north Fargo store and stole about $17,000 worth of merchandise.

On Tuesday, September 10, Fargo Police were called to the 1200 block of 1st Avenue N. because a store had recently been robbed.

Officers reported that when they arrived, the store's windows were smashed and some of the merchandise was lying on the sidewalk.

Police obtained surveillance footage showing two women breaking windows, damaging the interior and stealing several items. The store manager estimated that $17,000 worth of merchandise was stolen and $3,500 in property damage was caused.

Based on the footage, an officer was able to identify one of the suspects as Brittney Greer, a 39-year-old woman of no fixed address.

During the investigation, the second suspect was identified as 35-year-old Rachel Vick, who also has no fixed address.

The two women were arrested for burglary and taken to the Cass County Jail.
