“Miami Vice” celebrates 40th anniversary

The legendary show “Miami Vice” celebrates its 40th anniversary.^th anniversary with a series of dinners and events from September 12th to 15th.

To celebrate the show, the cast and crew will reunite, beginning with a VIP premiere reception on Thursday hosted by Edward James Olmos (Lt. Castillo), Michael Madsen (Sally Alvarado), Saundra Santiago (Det. Gina Calabrese) and Olivia Brown (Det. Trudy Joplin).

The weekend also includes cast-hosted dinners and brunches, bus and walking tours of Miami Vice filming locations, panel discussions and a visit to the Miami Vice Museum, which will feature the largest exhibition of Miami Vice memorabilia.

Proceeds from the weekend’s events will benefit the Police Officer Assistance Trust.
