• Jerimiah Williams, 18, of Wetumpka, was arrested for animal cruelty.

• John Auen, 20, of Wetumpka, was arrested for animal cruelty.

• Steaven Hunter, 31, of Montgomery, was sentenced by the municipal judge to 30 days in jail.

• Demetrius Scott, 41, of Wetumpka, was sentenced by the municipal judge to 90 days in jail.

• Justin Hall, 36, of Wetumpka, was sentenced by the municipal judge to 90 days in jail.

• Animal cruelty has been reported on South Main Street.

• Samantha Hunter, 28, of Wetumpka, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Carol Patel, 30, of Tallassee, was arrested for driving under the influence.

7 September

• Bennie Robertson Jr., 51, of Montgomery, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Stephen Brasher, 33, of Wetumpka, was arrested for failure to appear.

• Brent Waid, 45, of Eclectic, was arrested for driving under the influence.

• Jamel Johnson, 32, of Tallassee, was arrested on three counts of failure to appear.

• A trespassing incident was reported on US Highway 231.
