One person was arrested after a truck drove onto CU Boulder's Folsom Field

A driver suspected of being involved in a hit-and-run crash drove onto Folsom Field at the University of Colorado Boulder on Thursday evening, Boulder police said.

CU Boulder police responded to the stadium around 7 p.m. after a man drove his vehicle onto the field, campus officials said in an emergency alert.

On social media, people began posting photos of a black pickup truck parked near the 40-yard line and a shirtless man standing nearby.

The man is suspected of fleeing the scene of the crash near Foothills Parkway and Arapahoe, according to Boulder police. There is no threat to the public.
