Wayne County man arrested for burglary and theft – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Wayne County man was arrested for allegedly committing multiple burglaries on Old Route 31 in the town of Galen.

It is alleged that Jesse Jack of Galen broke into a family member's home during the afternoon hours of August 25-28 and stole $7,500 in cash and $200 in change.

Jack, 55, was charged with two counts of burglary, grand theft and petty theft.

Following his arraignment in CAP Court, Jack was released to appear at a later date.

The fact that a defendant is accused of a crime constitutes merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
