A registered sex offender is facing new charges in Butler County. Nathan Fontana, 41, is accused of stalking and filming women and underage girls at the Voice of America Shopping Center without their permission. According to Butler County court documents, Fontana is accused of secretly stalking and filming women on at least 14 separate occasions between March and May 2024. Fontana is accused of targeting women and girls at Target, TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty at the VOA Center in West Chester. An arrest warrant is out for Fontana.

WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP, Ohio —

A new charge is being filed against a registered sex offender in Butler County.

Nathan Fontana, 41, is accused of stalking women and underage girls at the Voice of America shopping center and filming them without their permission.

According to Butler County court documents, Fontana is accused of secretly stalking and filming women on at least 14 separate occasions between March and May 2024.

Fontana is accused of targeting women and girls at Target, TJ Maxx and Ulta Beauty at the VOA Center in West Chester.

There is an arrest warrant against Fontana.
