Shannon Sharpe 'embarrassed' after streaming sex session on Instagram

Shannon Sharpe has admitted to going Live on Instagram during a lovemaking session after initially claiming he was “hacked.”

During an emergency episode on Wednesday Nightcap Series that Club Shay Shay The presenter confessed that his lack of technical knowledge led to him going live while being intimate with a woman named Michelle.

“I threw my phone on the bed and was busy doing some activity,” Sharpe said. “I didn't know about IG Live. I've never turned on IG Live before so I don't know how it works and suddenly my other phone rang. My phone wasn't hacked. It wasn't a prank, I was a healthy, active man. Y'all thought I was bulljiving, uncle, go ahead.”

Although it was “unintentional,” Sharpe also expressed his embarrassment about the moment, saying he knew he had “let a lot of people down.”

“Of course I'm embarrassed. When someone who is extremely, extremely private has one of their most intimate details – the audio recording – out for the whole world to hear, I'm embarrassed for a number of reasons,” he explained. “A lot of people rely on Shannon to always conduct herself professionally, and I always try to conduct myself professionally, even when I'm behind closed doors. … I'm very disappointed in myself, not in the act. I think there are millions and billions of people of consenting age who participate in activities, but for the audio recording to be heard, I'm disappointed in myself. I've disappointed a lot of people.”

The confession comes after Sharpe and/or a member of his team posted and deleted on Instagram that his account had been hacked.
