Medford police arrest two suspects



UPDATE 13.09.24 03:45: NewsWatch 12 learns more about the investigation into a suspected shooting.

NewsWatch 12 This Morning spoke with MPD and confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the overnight incident. No injuries were reported.

A car was stopped on the side of the road. The two men in the car were Daniel Godoy, 20, and Darien Bradd, 20, both of whom were arrested and charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

The driver of the second car was not contacted.

This morning, MPD is asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact Detective Ford at (541) 774-2236.


MEDFORD, Oregon – At around 4:30 p.m., a shooting occurred on West Main Street and Oak Grove, near the Kensington Memory Care Community and Oak Grove Elementary School.







Two suspects were arrested by Medford Police. Sergeant Alden of the Medford Police Department reported that surveillance footage played a key role in identifying the suspects and the vehicle they were driving, leading to their arrest just outside of Jacksonville.

Detectives are investigating the shooting and NewsWatch 12 will continue to monitor developments.
