UPDATE: The accident site has been cleared and traffic is now flowing normally again.

Following an accident with injuries on Friday afternoon in Green Township, traffic was delayed on Interstate 74 heading west.

Hamilton County emergency crews are responding to the scene of the crash near mile marker 10, near the intersection with I-275. Multiple vehicles were reportedly involved in the crash, but the extent of injuries is unknown.

Ohio Department of Transportation cameras show westbound traffic backed up almost to North Bend Road.
