Ray Petelin interviewed his daughter Elizabeth via video on her first day of school from kindergarten through 12th grade. Before the start of each new school year, he asked her the same questions: What are you looking forward to and what do you want to be?

Her choice of possible careers ranged from doctor to heart surgeon and physiotherapist to nurse, with minor variations such as teacher, waitress and magician.
