Fultondale police arrest man, seize drugs and firearms during search

FULTONDALE, Alabama (WBRC) – A man is facing drug and weapons charges after his arrest in Fultondale.

According to Fultondale police, they, along with the Alabama Drug Task Force and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, executed a search warrant on Heaton Street in Fultondale on Friday.

There they arrested 31-year-old Antonio Harrell and also confiscated drugs and at least four firearms.

According to police, Harrell was charged with trafficking fentanyl and possession of a handgun, although he is prohibited from possessing a handgun.

Harrell is in the Jefferson County Jail on $515,000 bail.
