Sean O'Malley defends the UFC bantamweight title in the main event against Merab Dvalishvili.

O'Malley was the first graduate of Dana White's Contender Series to win and defend gold, with his last fight coming in March when he defended his title against Marlon Vera.

He faces 2019 World Championships silver medalist Dvalishvili, a wrestler with ten straight wins. Dvalishvili refused to face teammate Aljamain Sterling when Sterling was champion, despite being the favorite. Although Dvalishvili has dominated everyone in his path, O'Malley believes he will falter on fight night.

“At the end of the day, he's just another opponent,” O'Malley said on MMA Fighting's Believe You Me podcast. “It's going to be another knockout, a highlight reel for the 'Sugar Show.' I feel bad for him because he's been so close to the belt for so long and he's just not going to get it, and that's on me. So there's a little bit of guilt there.”

In the co-main event, Alexa Grasso will defend the UFC flyweight title in a three-way fight against former champion Valentina Shevchenko. Grasso shocked the world when she defeated Shevchenko at UFC 285. They split to a draw a year ago, and Grasso wants to end the rivalry on a high note.
