Fight time and ring walk between Canelo Alvarez and Edgar Berlanga

One of the most significant events in the world of boxing is about to take place as famous Mexican boxing star Saul “Canelo” Alvarez prepares to step into the ring for a thrilling fight against undefeated Edgar Berlanga. The Mexican Independence Day weekend showdown takes place on Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Canelo Alvarez is a force to be reckoned with in the boxing world with a record of 61-2-2 and 39 KOs. His last unanimous decision victory came in May against fellow Mexican boxer Jaime Munguia. The upcoming fight will not involve the IBF title, however, as Canelo was stripped of his IBF super middleweight title in July. This decision was made because he chose to face Berlanga instead of IBF No. 1 contender William Scull. The vacant title fight will be between Scull and Bladimir Shishkin in October.
