Rochester man arrested on warrant in Wayne County

The Wayne County Sheriff's Office arrested a Rochester man Friday following a warrant investigation in the city of Williamson.

Officers took 64-year-old Gary K. Jackson into custody for third-degree driving without a license and driving without a functioning tail light.

The warrant was issued after Jackson failed to appear in court at several hearings. He was held in the Wayne County Jail awaiting arraignment by the CAP.
