Badgers News: Game progress against Alabama Crimson Tide

Fresh off a 27-13 win over the South Dakota Coyotes, the Wisconsin Badgers remain at home for a Week 3 clash with the Alabama Crimson Tide. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. at Camp Randall Stadium.

The Badgers have had some ups and downs in their first two games, and the matchups have been more competitive than expected, but ultimately they are 2-0 to start the year and now face their biggest challenge of the year as Alabama comes to town.

The Crimson Tide, on the other hand, are fresh off a 42-16 win over the South Florida Bulls in a game that was tied 14-13 in the fourth quarter, but they were still able to pull away and start the year with a comfortable 2-0 win.

The Badgers are favorites by 16.5 points and are looking to pull off one of their biggest upset wins in recent history at Camp Randall Stadium against one of the top five teams in the USA. But for that dream to become a reality, several things have to go in their favor.

Wisconsin enters the game with a fairly clean injury list: Xavier Lucas and Tawee Walker are eligible to play, while Riley Nowakowski is questionable before Week 3.
