Colorado, Deion Sanders at CSU: Live updates, highlights, score

FORT COLLINS, Colorado – Fans and alumni of the Colorado Buffaloes have always had a somewhat haughty attitude toward rival Colorado State.

Whether rightly or wrongly, they generally view Colorado State as the little stepbrother school, where students often choose the college as a second choice if they were denied admission at CU.

But now that dominance faces an unusual threat – a rare football game between the Buffaloes and the Rams on Colorado State's home turf. Tonight's game, at 7:30 p.m. on CBS, will be the first time the Buffaloes have played in Fort Collins since 1996 – a streak of 25 games, 19 of which have been played on neutral ground in Denver and five on Colorado's campus in Boulder.
