Flagstaff police are asking for help in locating a man accused of making terrorist threats

FLAGSTAFF, AZ – Flagstaff Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who allegedly made terrorist threats against various establishments in the community.

Police said they received reports of mass shooting-related threats on Friday on various Yelp review platforms for schools, government agencies and businesses.

They identified the person they believe made the threats as 36-year-old Justin Wayne Hill of Ash Fork.

There is an arrest warrant out for Hill and police are asking the public for help in locating him.

He is said to be driving a blue 2009 Subaru Impreza with Arizona license plate CKA-7-2-E. Below is a picture of the vehicle.

He is described as being about 1.80 m tall, of medium build, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The public is urged to remain alert and contact Flagstaff Police immediately if they see Hill or his vehicle.
