Nothing beats nachos… except poke nachos! “We're seeing poke nachos popping up all over town, and these nachos are my new favorite dish that we created for SoFi Stadium,” Chef Julio Manzo tells LOCALE. Ultra-crispy wonton chips serve as the base of this Hawaiian-inspired dish, while bright red chunks of ginger-marinated ahi tuna are the star of the show. A house-made spicy aioli adds vibrancy and flavor, while edamame and cucumber add fresh components to the dish. In true poke fashion, these decadent nachos are then sprinkled with a fine furikake and sesame seasoning blend.

BLT Sandwich + Pot Roast Melt

Order from: Sandwich Stand

SoFi Stadium's popular sandwich stands on levels 2 and 3 have expanded with two new additions – a BLT and a hearty Pot Roast Melt. While you can't go wrong with either, the Pot Roast Melt screams game day and football season. “I'm a real sandwich fanatic,” says Chef Walker. “Our Pot Roast Melt is made with tender and juicy pot roast beef braised in a red wine demi-glace reduction.” The team also partners with a local bakery and uses their sourdough bread as the base, but the tantalizing horseradish sauce takes this sandwich to the next level. Smoked Gouda and a rich gravy also give this comforting sandwich an incredibly dynamic flavor profile.

Texas Twinkies

Take your taste buds on a journey to the south and visit SoFi Stadiums delicious BBQ stands. While you'll find plenty of classic BBQ dishes like the pulled pork sandwich and smoked wings, the Texas Twinkies are a delicious and sumptuous treat that combines the best of BBQ in a stuffed pepper. A savory jalapeño is stuffed with cream cheese and house-smoked brisket before being wrapped in bacon. Once cooked, the bacon gets absolutely crispy and a sweet BBQ glaze coats the entire dish, creating an explosion of flavor you won't soon forget. While the idea of a stuffed jalapeño might scare some, the heat levels are actually pretty moderate.

Grilled Jidori Chicken Yakitori

Inspired by the diverse and plentiful selection of Asian cuisine in Los Angeles, these skewers are spicy, savory, and absolutely tender. “Our new dishes are meant to reflect the culture of LA,” explains chef JT Walker. Served on a skewer, this foodie favorite is also incredibly easy to eat—but be warned, you won't be able to eat just one. Made with chicken thigh meat, each piece is soft and juicy. A sweet and savory teriyaki-like sauce coats each piece, while the stalk of a grilled scallion sits on top of the skewer, rounding out the entire bite.

Vegans and vegetarians watch out! The Beyond Sausage in Fairfax Avenue Concession is just as delicious as the real thing. These sausages are made entirely from plants and use pea protein as a meat substitute, resulting in a savory, tender, and hearty sausage. Although Beyond makes a few different varieties, the Concession on Fairfax Ave favors the Bratwurst, which pairs well with the pillowy Martin's Potato Bun it sits between.
